But if you want to prepare something new and a little more unique, try these quick chicken recipes that even you will love! Baked Chicken Breasts What you need: 3/4 kg. boneless, skinless chicken 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons soy sauce (less sodium) 2 sprigs fresh thyme 2 sprigs fresh rosemary Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste Spray an 11x7 inch baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken inside.
